About the role: 

We are looking for an Associate Product Marketing Manager to join our team. The Associate PMM will have the opportunity to drive product mission and vision alignment with brand positioning at Helium 10.  

The Associate PMM will play a critical role in supporting go-to-market strategies, executing marketing campaigns, and creating product messaging that resonates with our target personas. This person will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, brand and creative teams, and customer success in order to drive engagement and ensure product positioning aligns with customer needs and market trends. A foundational knowledge of how selling on Amazon works is a major plus, as is in-house experience at a SaaS or tech company. Success in this role encompasses the ability to efficiently execute GTM projects that showcase Helium 10 solutions to our community of Amazon and Walmart sellers.  

This role reports to the Group Product Marketing Manager. 

 

 Responsibilities: 

  • Content Creation: Assist in creating content for product launches, website updates, blog posts, social media, and other marketing collateral. Ensure all materials are consistent with the product's messaging and target audience.  
  • Campaign Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to execute multi-channel campaigns, including email, social media, content, and paid advertising. Monitor campaign performance and contribute ideas to optimize results.  
  • Product Positioning & Messaging: Help develop and maintain clear, compelling product messaging that differentiates our features within the competitive landscape. Support the creation of product positioning documents, value propositions, and buyer personas. 
  • Product Launches: Coordinate with product and marketing teams to support new product or feature launches, including the execution of go-to-market comms, launch timelines, and promotional assets.  
  • Customer Feedback & Insights: Collect and analyze customer feedback to inform future marketing and product strategies. Work closely with the customer success team to understand and share customer insights.  
  • Market Research & Analysis: Assist in market research to understand customer needs, competitor positioning, and industry trends. Analyze data and insights to inform product positioning and identify opportunities for growth 

Skills & Qualifications: 

  • 1-2+ years of prior product marketing experience.  
  • Excellent writing and editing skills with a keen attention to detail.  
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to balance multiple projects. 
  • Proficiency with analytics tools including Google Analytics, Amplitude, Tableau, and others. 
  • Self-motivated and eager to learn about product marketing in a fast-paced environment.
