Affiliate Ops Manager

Location: Hybrid with 1-2 days per week in our Irvine, CA office

About the role: 

We are looking for a highly organized, analytical, and collaborative Operations Manager to own the day-to-day execution and optimization of our Affiliate Program. In this role, you will oversee affiliate operations, track performance metrics, manage partner relationships, and support scaling our program efficiently and sustainably. You’ll work cross-functionally with Marketing, Finance, Legal, and Product teams to ensure operational excellence and program growth.  

You will work closely with account managers to develop go-to-market strategies, design and implement operational plans to drive affiliate growth and ensure all affiliate activities align with broader marketing and company objectives. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Manage onboarding, tracking, and payouts for affiliate partners.  
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation, process flows, and program resources.  
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reporting frameworks for affiliate performance. 
  • Monitor KPIs (conversion, ROI, partner performance, etc.) and deliver insights on affiliate performance.  
  • Identify trends and optimization opportunities in affiliate activity.  
  • Collaborate with Affiliate Managers and creative teams to ensure affiliates have the tools they need.  
  • Ensure all affiliate activities comply with company policies, industry standards, and legal regulations.  
  • Coordinate communications, updates, and promotional resources.  
  • Support strategic recruitment and onboarding of new high-quality affiliates.  
  • Work closely with the Sr. Marketing Content Specialist to ensure project completion and quality control.  
  • Add and manage projects in Monday.com to streamline task execution and follow-through.  
  • Support the Director with in-office employee oversight and daily team operations. 

Skills & Qualifications: 

  • 5+ years of experience in operations, program management, or affiliate/partner marketing.  
  • Strong organizational, project management, and analytical skills.  
  • Proficiency in tools like Excel/Sheets, Looker/Tableau, and affiliate platforms (e.g., Impact, PartnerStack, Refersion).  
  • Experience working cross-functionally across marketing, product, and finance teams.  
  • Self-starter with strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.  
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

The annual base salary range for this position is $105,000-$120,000. The actual salary will vary depending on the applicants experience, skills and abilities as well as internal equity and market data. This position is also eligible for an additional annual bonus compensation through one of our highly attractive incentive plans, full details will be provided during the recruitment process.
