At Pacvue and Helium 10, great careers don’t just happen — they’re built. Here, you’ll rise as an industry leader, push the boundaries of innovation, own your journey, and thrive as part of an inclusive global community that’s redefining the future of commerce.

About the Role:

You'll own the strategy and day-to-day operations of Helium 10's affiliate program. This means building out a high-performing team that recruits, onboards, and supports our affiliate partners while hitting aggressive partner and revenue targets. You're the bridge between our partners and the company, so you'll need to be scrappy, data-driven, and genuinely invested in making our affiliates successful.

The affiliate channel is a key growth lever for Helium 10, and this role comes with real autonomy to shape how we approach partnership strategy, pricing structures, commission models, and everything in between. You'll work closely with marketing, product, and leadership to ensure the affiliate program stays aligned with company goals while staying competitive in the market.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with leadership to build and execute affiliate program strategy, and establish performance metrics and dashboards.
  • Design competitive commission structures and partner incentive programs that drive both growth and revenue
  • Build and lead the Affiliate function across distributed locations (US, Philippines, China), including hiring and developing team leads/managers who run day-to-day execution, while you set OKRs and own performance outcomes for the discipline as a whole.
  • Own relationships with high-value affiliate partners, oversee recruitment and onboarding strategy, and approve deal structures like tiered commissions and exclusivity agreements
  • Identify trends in partner requests and market demand, then advocate internally for changes to product, marketing strategy, or operational processes
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing on co-marketing campaigns, with Product on partner-impacting features, and with Finance on budget forecasting and ROI analysis

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 8+ years managing teams in a sales, partnerships, or business development role, including experience managing people managers or leading a multi-team function (affiliate experience is a huge plus but not required if you’ve scaled commission-based or incentive-driven channels).
  • Proven track record of building and scaling a sales or partnership channel from growth standpoint
  • Experience managing geographically distributed or remote teams
  • Some level of P&L or budget ownership
  • Strong analytical mindset, you actually look at data before making decisions
  • Excellent communication across different audiences: partners, executives, individual contributors
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and making calls with incomplete information
  • High EQ and ability to navigate complex partner relationships diplomatically
  • Detail-oriented enough to catch issues before they blow up, but strategic enough to think about the bigger picture
  • Comfortable with tech platforms (CRMs, dashboards, basic SQL/analytics is a bonus)

Benefits:

  • Flexible Paid Time Off
  • Paid Holidays and Floating Holidays
  • Medical, Dental, Vision, FSA, HSA with employer contribution, Life Insurance and Pet Insurance
  • 401k with Employer Match
  • Take up to 2 Days of Paid Time Off to Volunteer with a 501c Organization
  • Paid Parental Leave
  • Company-subsidized membership to Wellhub and Peloton
  • Fertility and family-building information platform through Carrot

The annual base salary range for this position is $120,000-$140,000 USD. The actual salary will vary depending on the applicant’s experience, skills, and abilities as well as internal equity and market data for their location. This position is also eligible for an additional annual bonus compensation through one of Pacvue’s highly attractive incentive plans, full details will be provided during the recruitment process.
