Manager, Partner Success

JOB SUMMARY

As the Manager of Partner Success, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing all partner program activities from onboarding through program completion. This role involves managing project workflows for partner campaigns, coordinating work activities across internal teams, and maintaining strategic client relationships to ensure successful program delivery. You will act as a bridge between partners, internal teams, and management, utilizing both agile and traditional project methodologies to drive partner programs to successful completion.

This role emphasizes project management (70%) and client relationship management (30%), serving as an advocate for partners while ensuring seamless program execution. Strong leadership, communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills are essential to ensure successful delivery of partner programs.

This role reports to the Chief Product & Technology Officer.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Campaign Validation & Scheduling: Collaborate with partners, marketing, program management, and business development teams to validate  program objectives, scope, and deliverables. Translate these into actionable work plans with measurable milestones and timelines.
  • Delivery Process Facilitation: Initiate planning and tracking activities for partner program delivery (e.g., program kickoffs, milestone reviews, status meetings) to ensure teams stay productive and within prescribed timeframes.
  • Program Coordination & Oversight: Work with Program Managers and Project Managers to ensure partner requirements are properly entered, scheduled, and tracked in project management tools (e.g., Jira), providing partner-focused oversight to ensure partner needs are communicated and addressed throughout execution.
  • Manage Partner-Related Blockers: Identify and coordinate resolution of partner-specific blockers such as pending approvals, feedback, or content from partners, and communicate partner-raised concerns to Project Managers and Program Management teams to ensure smooth program execution.
  • Partner Process Education: Help partners understand internal project timelines, milestone requirements, and approval processes, ensuring partners are prepared to participate effectively in project workflows and meet delivery expectations.
  • Partner Program Production Oversight: Ensure the successful completion of  the end-to-end production process for partner programs, including creative asset development, content creation, campaign execution, and performance reporting.
  • Quality Assurance: Maintain quality control processes to ensure all partner program deliverables meet company standards and partner expectations.
  • Partner Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for contracted enterprise partners, providing regular program updates, performance insights, and maintaining trusted long-term partnerships.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate clear communication between partners, internal creative teams, program managers, marketing, and business development. Provide regular work progress and other relevant data to provide visibility into program performance and partner satisfaction.
  • Process Optimization: Continuously analyze and improve partner program delivery processes to enhance efficiency and team productivity.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks in partner programs and develop mitigation strategies to ensure smooth program execution.
  • Track Work Against Expected Metrics: Track and report on key program performance metrics, including delivery timeliness, partner satisfaction, budget adherence, and team productivity.
  • Partner Onboarding Coordination: Work collaboratively with business development to ensure smooth partner onboarding and transition from sales to program execution for new customers.
  • Partner Success Advocacy: Ensure partners understand program expectations, timelines, and deliverables while advocating internally for partner needs and feedback to maintain long-term partnerships.

Required Skills and Experiences:

  • Proven Experience: 5+ years of experience in project or program management, preferably in a client-facing or partner management environment.
  • Project Management Understanding: Familiarity with agile and traditional project management methodologies and processes, with ability to communicate effectively with project teams; relevant certifications a plus but not required.
  • Partner Program Knowledge: Solid understanding of partner program management, including campaign development, creative production, and performance measurement.
  • Tool Proficiency: Comfortable using project management and collaboration tools commonly used in marketing and program management environments.
  • Leadership and Team Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to collaborate and work across functional teams, motivate team members, and foster collaborative work environments.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences including external partners.
  • Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with a proven track record of resolving program challenges and partner concerns.
  • Adaptability: Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and ability to manage multiple partner programs simultaneously.
  • Relationship Management: Natural relationship builder with integrity, reliability, and maturity, capable of maintaining trusted partnerships with enterprise clients.
  • Digital Marketing Understanding: Understanding of digital marketing processes, content management, analytics, and campaign measurement to effectively collaborate on partner programs.
  • Partner Success Focus: Commitment to ensuring partner satisfaction and program success while maintaining company standards and objectives.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with project management, account management, or CRM platforms
  • Knowledge of marketing delivery tools (e.g. Mailchimp,, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, CMS, Analytics Tools)
  • Background in client-facing roles within creative, digital, or marketing environments
  • Experience working with enterprise clients or B2B partnerships
  • Familiarity with campaign development and digital marketing processes
  • Proficiency with LLM tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT) and baseline copywriting skills
