Licensed Mental Health Therapist (Remote – Maryland Licensed Only)

📍 Location: Fully Remote (Must hold active Maryland license)
🕒 Schedule: Full-time and Part-time opportunities available 
Preferred Hours: Weekdays 2 PM–9 PM | Weekend availability a plus!

We’re expanding our Maryland telehealth team and looking for passionate, licensed therapists who are ready to make a meaningful impact—one session at a time.

💰 Compensation

  • $65 per billable hour — LCSW-C, LCPC, LMFT (independently licensed)

  • $45 per billable hour — LMSW, LGPC (supervision offered)

  • Full-time- 36 Hours/weekly

  • Part-Time- 22 Hours/weekly

🧩 What You’ll Do

  • Provide individual, family, and group therapy via secure telehealth

  • Conduct intakes, assessments, and develop client-centered treatment plans

  • Collaborate with PMHNPs, psychiatrists, and interdisciplinary team members

  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in our EHR

  • Support families with education, tools, and ongoing care coordination

✅ Qualifications

  • Active Maryland license: LGPC, LCPC, LMSW, or LCSW-C

  • Comfortable working independently in a fully remote setting

  • Passion for serving children, teens, and young adults

  • Bilingual (Spanish) strongly preferred
