We’re looking to add a Database Engineer to our team who is experienced in creating SQL databases for various applications and business uses. You’ll work across teams and use cutting-edge tech to solve interesting, large-scale problems. Creating rapidly, you’ll make a direct and lasting impact anywhere that technology powers our business.

Role & Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, deliver, and implement SQL solutions within the ETL process.
Develop, implement, and optimize stored procedures and functions using T-SQL.
Ensure performance, security, and availability of databases
Write intensive SQL queries for performance improvements, build and deploy BI solutions (e.g., reporting tools)
Create both dimensional and relational data models
Utilize stored procedures and SQL views

Experience

Experience as a Data Engineer, SQL Developer, or similar role
Proficient in T-SQL programming
Experience in data warehousing, including dimensional modeling concepts
Knowledge of SQL queries, Query tuning, and SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS)
Ability to write intensive SQL queries
Excellent understanding of stored procedures and SQL views
Familiarity with BI technologies, preferably Looker
