Tend is seeking a Marketing Analyst who will be a key player in optimizing our paid media efforts and using data to guide decision-making across multiple marketing channels. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis and digital marketing performance metrics. Your insights will directly influence where and how we allocate our ad spend to drive member acquisition and enhance member engagement.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze the performance of paid media campaigns across multiple channels (Google Ads, Meta, display ads,  direct mail, CTV, etc.) to identify opportunities for optimization.
  • Manage and monitor ad spend budgets, ensuring efficient allocation to drive maximum ROI.
  • Leverage member data to segment audiences and identify high-value personas for targeting in future campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the member experience team to understand member behavior and feedback, informing improvements in marketing strategies.
  • Assist in the development of marketing models to understand the impact of various touchpoints in the member journey.
  • Use advanced analytics tools (Google Analytics, Looker, Salesforce, etc) to prepare and present performance reports.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years relevant experience.
  • Strong experience with data analysis, reporting, and performance tracking.
  • Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams to implement marketing strategies.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and platforms 
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.
  • A collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills.

New York pay range

$90,000 - $100,000 USD
