We’re continuing to grow quickly and looking for the best of the best to come join our team.We're seeking a talented and driven individual to join our team that will support the overall revenue process through the management & coordination of billing and reconciliation. Responsibilities include identifying patient reimbursement issues, ensuring that claims, denials, and appeals are efficiently processed, and resolving billing-related issues.
About this role
- This is a hybrid role with in-office days on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, and remote work on Mondays, Thursdays, and Fridays.
- Post cash daily
- Work outstanding A/R thoroughly
- Ensure the accurate information is entered on patient ledger
- Billing of claims
- Consistently deliver high-quality patient experience, keeping our Tend values at heart
- Maintain confidential information within HIPPA guidelines
- Performs other duties as assigned
About you
- High School Diploma required
- At least one year of experience working with payor Accounts Receivable (AR) in a dental setting or a similar Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) role
- Experience managing insurance claims and payor communications beyond front desk duties (e.g., working with payor AR and following up on denied claims)
- Dependable, organized, and maintains a positive attitude
- People-oriented and enjoys interacting with others
- Autonomous, independent, and comfortable working with minimal direction
- Proven ability to resolve insurance accounts by analyzing and reviewing for payment resolution
- Able to meet or exceed all goals set by the Revenue Cycle Director and Team Captain
- Demonstrates strong organizational values, works with integrity and ethics, inspires the trust of others, and treats people with respect
- Adheres to all Tend policies and procedures
- Open to continuous growth and evolving responsibilities; resilient and able to receive and act on feedback
- Strong computer, data entry, and typing skills; proficient in working with multiple technology platforms and able to quickly learn and utilize new technology
- Patience and strong listening skills to identify root causes and meet organizational needs
- Positive, proactive, and has a can-do attitude

$20 - $22 USD
