We’re continuing to grow quickly and looking for the best of the best to come join our team.We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Operations Analyst who will play a crucial role in supporting and optimizing operational processes across our dental studios. The analyst will work to gather and analyze business data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights that drive operational efficiency and strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will have a keen analytical mind, a strong understanding of business operations, and a passion for helping organizations scale efficiently. The Business Operations Analyst will report to the Chief Operating Officer. This role can be based in our NYC Hub or remote within the Northeast.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, organize, and analyze operational and financial data across all studios.
- Present findings and insights to senior leadership and cross-functional teams to inform strategic decisions.
- Evaluate and recommend improvements to operational processes, workflows, and systems to increase efficiency and reduce costs across the dental practices.
- Analyze trends in patient volume, treatment types, service offerings and pricing to identify opportunities for driving revenue.
- Identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies and propose solutions to enhance operational workflows.
- Work closely with teams across various departments, including Operations, Finance, Marketing, HR, and IT, to ensure alignment on business goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in business operations analysis, ideally within a healthcare, dental, or multi-site organization.
- Experience using AI to gain operational efficiencies preferred.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis, with advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.) and familiarity with BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI).
- Experience within healthcare multi-site practice management and/or scheduling software is a plus.
- Highly detail-oriented with strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities.
- Effective communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex data to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
