As our Regional Manager for the Boston Market, you’ll guide multiple studios toward operational excellence, inspire high-performing teams, and create a member experience that redefines what’s possible in dentistry. This isn’t just a job—it’s your chance to shape the future of dental care.
This role reports to the Regional Director of Operations and is a market-level position responsible for overseeing performance, growth, and innovation across multiple Tend studios. You won’t be managing a studio directly—you’ll be leading leaders.
Lead with Impact

Drive performance across your region by coaching and developing Studio Managers and clinical partners

Create consistency through systems, accountability, and heart, using SOPs and a people-first mindset

Be the go-to problem solver and mentor—someone your teams look to when things get tough, and when it’s time to grow
Grow the Business

Own market-level P&L and performance metrics—because numbers matter, but people drive them

Strategize and adapt to optimize revenue, efficiency, and experience

Partner with Managing Dentists to increase case acceptance and elevate the standard of care
Champion the Member Experience

Ensure every studio in your region delivers a warm, safe, and elevated experience that exceeds expectations

Oversee clinical escalations and ensure timely, thoughtful resolutions

Monitor NPS and uncover the ‘why’ behind the feedback, using it to drive continuous improvement
Build & Retain Rockstar Teams

Attract, develop, and retain top talent—from Studio Managers to support teams

Set the tone for a culture rooted in collaboration, clarity, and care
-
Invest in others through hands-on coaching, regular studio visits, and strategic feedback
Ensure Operational Excellence

Oversee scheduling, supply management, compliance (OSHA, HIPAA), and day-to-day workflows

Use systems and structure to empower teams to perform at their best

Identify bottlenecks and implement lasting solutions

5+ years in multi-site operations, ideally in dental, cosmetic healthcare, or high-touch service industries

Proven ability to coach, manage, and grow leaders across multiple locations

Strong financial acumen with hands-on experience owning P&L and driving profitability

A bold, clear communication style and the ability to build trust with teams at all levels

A deep understanding of the clinical/dental landscape and how it intersects with service excellence

A passion for people, a bias for action, and a belief in better
