We're looking for a Studio Manager who will be the heartbeat of our Kendall Square studio — someone passionate about building a positive culture, developing top-tier teams, and driving operational excellence, revenue growth, and studio performance.

What You’ll Do

Lead and Inspire: Build a studio culture rooted in collaboration, positivity, and performance. Foster a people-first environment where team members feel empowered, supported, and excited to deliver amazing care.

Operational Leadership: Manage the day-to-day operations of a high-volume studio. Ensure excellence across staffing, scheduling, inventory management, compliance, and member experience.

Drive Revenue, Sales, and Production: Partner with clinical leadership to achieve (and exceed) monthly revenue and production goals. Motivate the team through clear expectations, ongoing coaching, and recognition of achievements.

Champion the Member Experience: Create an environment where every Tend member feels welcomed, cared for, and delighted — ensuring a best-in-class experience from check-in to check-out.

Develop Your Team: Hire, onboard, train, and coach a team of 20+ clinical and non-clinical professionals. Conduct regular feedback sessions, performance reviews, and foster career growth.

Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with central operations, talent, marketing, and other support teams to drive success at the studio level.

Track Performance Metrics: Own studio KPIs, forecast needs, analyze trends, and continuously identify opportunities for improvement.
About You
-
Bachelor’s Degree preferred (or equivalent experience).

2+ years leading operational teams of 15+ employees in healthcare, hospitality, or a related service-driven industry.

5+ years of management or operations experience strongly preferred.

Proven track record of driving sales, hitting revenue targets, and optimizing production.

Financially savvy — comfortable managing budgets and identifying levers for business growth.

Exceptional communication skills — equally comfortable motivating a team or resolving member concerns.

Hands-on leadership style with a high sense of urgency and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.

Strong technology skills — able to navigate scheduling systems, reporting dashboards, and Dentrix Ascend with ease.

Monday/Thursday/Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Tuesday/Wednesday: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Saturday: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Shifts:

M/Th/F: 7:30 AM–4:00 PM or 9:00 AM–5:30 PM

Tu/W: 6:30 AM–3:00 PM or 11:00 AM–7:30 PM

Quarterly Bonus Opportunity based on studio performance, EBITA, and member satisfaction metrics.
