This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth clinical operations and delivering a high-quality experience for our patients and dental hygienists.
You’ll be an integral part of our studio, responsible for preparing rooms, assisting with hygiene procedures, and maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities

Prepare and set up treatment rooms, ensuring all necessary instruments, supplies, and materials are ready for use.

Assist dental hygienists with patient care, including seating patients, taking X-rays, and recording patient medical histories.

Sterilize and maintain dental instruments and equipment according to safety protocols.

Educate patients on oral hygiene techniques and assist in the explanation of post-treatment care instructions.

Maintain accurate and thorough patient records.

Monitor inventory levels and order supplies to ensure seamless operations.

Follow infection control procedures and adhere to all health and safety guidelines.

Provide exceptional patient care, ensuring each visit is comfortable and stress-free.
Qualifications

Completion of a dental assisting program is preferred.

Current CPR certification.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in taking dental X-rays and using dental software (preferred but not required).

A team player with a positive attitude and a commitment to patient care.
