We’re looking for a Senior Accountant who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and loves diving into the details without losing sight of the bigger picture. This role will be critical in supporting our month-end close process, financial reporting, and cross-functional collaboration as we scale.
💼 What You’ll Do:

Own components of the month-end close process including journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis

Prepare and review key balance sheet reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness

Support financial reporting for internal stakeholders, auditors, and leadership

Partner with FP&A and operations to understand business drivers and ensure accurate financial results

Assist in improving and documenting accounting policies and procedures

Help with the integration of new studios, systems, and processes as Tend expands

Provide support for audits, tax filings, and compliance initiatives
✅ What We’re Looking For:

3–5 years of progressive accounting experience; mix of public and private preferred

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA preferred

Strong understanding of GAAP and internal controls

Proficiency in Excel (vlookups, pivot tables, etc.)

Experience with Sage Intacct or similar ERP systems is a plus

Excellent attention to detail and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset

Strong communication and collaboration skills—especially across teams

Pay Range
$80,000 - $90,000 USD
