Lead BCBA - Board Certified Behavior Analyst - Remote/Hybrid Schedule Option

In other words, an ABA expert looking to share their expertise with their team of RBTs and other BCBAs. If working the hybrid/remote schedule, this position will require you to be onsite 1 week each month.

What You'll Do: 

  • Deliver high-quality, evidence-based ABA services to children with autism 
  • Manageable Caseload: Up to 10 clients, completing 28 billable hours in a 40-hour week (note: billable hours are not tied to pay) 
  • Work with children ages 2–18, most under age 6 
  • Supervise and develop up to 5 RBTs 
  • Conduct assessments, write individualized treatment plans, and monitor client progress 
  • Collaborate with Clinical Directors, fellow BCBAs, and Regional Directors of Quality to troubleshoot cases and uphold best practices 
  • Maintain ethical documentation and compliance with BACB and state guideline

What You'll Need: 

  • Active BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) 
  • State Licensure where required 
  • 3 years of experience in ABA field, 2 years with BCBA license 
  • ABA experience (RBT background a plus for new BCBAs) 
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a clinic-based setting 
  • Passion for ethical, client-centered ABA in a team-focused environment 

 

Helping Hands Family Base Salary Range

$85,000 - $95,000 USD
