Lead Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Hybrid/Flexible

Helping Hands Family (HHF) is hiring a Lead BCBA in Pennsylvania for clinicians who want real clinical influence, manageable caseloads, and a clear path to leadership, without the burnout common in large ABA providers.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Up to $20,000 in annual bonuses

Requirements:

  • Active BCBA certification
  • PA licensure (or ability to obtain)
  • 2+ years as a BCBA (preferred)

Helping Hands Family Base Salary Range

$85,000 - $95,000 USD
