We are searching for a highly detail-oriented and organized individual to join our dynamic workforce as a Financial Planner. This salaried role supports the Financial Planning Department in ensuring client satisfaction through the financial planning process.

Responsibilities

  • Create customized financial plans and advise clients on investment planning, retirement planning, tax planning, estate planning, and insurance
  • Guiding clients through 401(k) rollover process, ensuring clarity and compliance
  • Prepares preliminary financial planning recommendations and review/edit them for accuracy and completeness
  • Provide guidance to clients regarding Social Security and Medicare optimization strategies
  • Review and interpret insurance and annuity policies, investments, and other financial statements while also facilitating asset transfers
  • Run insurance proposals
  • Client and prospective client contacts/servicing regarding financial planning issues
  • Stay informed on regulatory changes and retirement account regulations to deliver up-to-date advice
  • Collaborate with our comprehensive wealth management team, fixed income experts, and service department to provide clients with the highest level of service

Minimum Qualifications

  • CFP Professional Designation or completed course work for CFP Exam
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Series 7
  • Series 63 & 65 or 66
  • Life, Accident & Health Insurance License
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • eMoney software experience
