Position Overview:
Our Internal Communications Manager will design and drive impactful communication strategies to educate our colleagues and support our culture.
As a strategic leader reporting to the Vice President of Communications, you will serve in a key role, developing, aligning and driving internal communication plans with broader company-wide strategies to ensure our colleagues are well-informed about Henry’s role in healthcare, technological innovations and updates on company efforts.
Duties and Responsibilities:
The Internal Communications Manager will work with cross-functional colleagues to drive creative communication methods and serve as a key stakeholder in shaping the culture and voice of Henry Meds. They will be responsible for the daily work of planning and delivering tactical plans that include, but are not limited to:
- Serve as core member of Henry Meds Communication’s Team
- Develop and implement comprehensive internal communication strategies to drive support for the company’s goals and objectives
- Provide guidance about and oversee the creation and dissemination of all internal communications, ensuring consistency in messaging and alignment with brand values
- Work with C-Suite leaders to develop thought leadership pieces
- Collaborate closely with the legal and compliance teams to ensure all communications adhere to regulatory and legal requirements
- Provide guidance and support to team members, encouraging professional growth and development
- Establish metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of communication strategies and campaigns
- Monitor industry trends, media coverage, and public sentiment to inform strategic decisions
- Continuously innovate communication efforts based on feedback to improve impact of information during company-wide town hall events and updates from leadership
- Produce and edit videos
You will likely have:
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in communications and public relations, with at least 5 years supporting internal communications
- Proven experience in legal and regulatory communications within a highly regulated industry (e.g., healthcare, pharmaceuticals, etc.)
- Eagerness to bring collaboration and cross functional approaches into daily work
- Familiarity with digital communication platforms and social media strategies
- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience using editing software

Salary Range: The salary range for the Internal Communications Manager is between $118,000-$124,000 annually.
This salary represents Henry Med's good faith and reasonable estimate of the possible compensation for this role at the time of posting, and Henry Meds may ultimately pay more or less than the posted salary. The final salary for this position will be determined by Henry Meds sole discretion, consistent with applicable law, and based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to the employee’s work experience, skills, and qualifications for the role, as well as the needs of Henry Meds business and other operational considerations.
