We have an office in London and this position can either be based in the office, or hybrid remote, with the expectation of attending the office on Wednesdays and Thursdays (subject to your existing legal right to work in the jurisdiction).

About the Role

Here™ is recruiting for an experienced, tenacious Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our steadily growing sales team! In this role, you will be responsible for driving our lead generation efforts across enterprise organisations. The person in this seat will be focused on actively  researching and developing new business opportunities and establishing a positive rapport with our clients. Our ideal candidate will be driven,  personable and creative, with an innate ability to think outside the box. Being comfortable with both cold and warm outreach (especially cold calling) will be crucial to success in this role and something that you should feel comfortable doing on a daily basis. Experience working with Financial Services is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

In the first 90 days, you can expect to:

  • Begin booking both inbound & outbound meetings for our Sales Directors in New York, London & Hong Kong (and start earning commission!)  
  • Research and develop new business opportunities for our Sales Directors 
  • Spend extensive time with all areas of the business to increase your knowledge of Here™’s technology & our client base
  • Get a good understanding of how to use our sales resources / tools, including Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo / Lusha and Aircall.

Within the first 6 months, you will be responsible for:

  • Working your own pipeline and proving your ability to book meetings with our key target accounts 
  • Gaining a good understanding of your target market & how to approach different personas 
  • Building & maintaining relationships with your prospects , build rapport
  • Demonstrating your ability to effectively communicate your understanding of Here™ in a role play scenario 

By your 1 year anniversary, you will have accomplished: 

  • Hitting your targets consistently 
  • An in-depth understanding of Here™’s product & positioning, demonstrated in role play practices & on the phone to clients 
  • Becoming a meaningful contributor to the overall success of the sales team & culture
  • Efficiently managing your own pipeline

What We're Looking For

  • 2-3 years sales development experience working in the Finance industry (strongly preferred)  
  • Experience working for a SaaS company with Enterprise products required
  • A resilient personality with the ability to be self driven and remain adaptable to changes in the market while remaining goal oriented
  • Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, coupled with the ability to confidently collaborate with senior individuals (internal and external facing)  
  • Excellent organisational skills, with a diligent work ethic and a very strong attention to detail in all areas of work
  • The ability to remain resilient and adaptable to change will be crucial for success in this role
