About the Role

We are hiring for a Product Enablement Manager to join our growing team! This role will lead efforts to ensure both our customers and internal teams experience the full value of our new Enterprise Browser product. As our first dedicated enablement hire, the person in this seat will take full ownership of our demo environments to create a seamless, high impact experience. You’ll ensure our Enterprise Browser is easy to showcase and understand, highlighting its value through clear, intuitive demonstrations and thoughtful enablement. Starting with our own internal teams, you’ll use those insights to create scalable experiences that extend across our customer base.

Responsibilities

  • Own the setup, maintenance and ongoing refinement of our demo environments, ensuring they meet high quality standards and effectively showcase our products in a compelling way
  • Ensure our Enterprise Browser is clearly presented, making it easy for end-users to quickly grasp value and navigate key functionality with confidence
  • Act as the primary point of contact for demo workflows, proactively gathering requirements,  identifying friction points or gaps and collaborating cross-functionally to resolve issues before they reach customers
  • Bring a deep sense of ownership and pride, with a strong attention to detail, focused on consistently delivering polished and reliable interactions
  • Develop simple, scalable resources such as product walkthroughs, and FAQs that reinforce ease of use and highlight key value adds 
  • Own and continuously refine demo documentation and resource hubs to reflect updates in product, integrations, new releases, and demo readiness
  • Track success metrics and improve programs based on data and user input

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in end-user or sales enablement, or enterprise customer education within the technology space
  • Deep understanding of the SaaS products and knowledge of how to best work with internal and external stakeholders, to ensure smooth rollout and adoption
  • Comfortable presenting and educating to C-suite and external/ internal end users at all levels
  • Strong communication and interpersonal  skills, with a talent for making complex concepts simple and user-friendly
  • Proven ability to create engaging, accessible demos  and customer education materials across multiple formats (written guides, videos, interactive tools)
  • A user-first mindset with a genuine interest in helping others adopt new tools and workflows, with a confident command of UAT
  • Desire to work cross functionally across Engineering, Product, Sales, and Support
  • Bonus - Experience building internal enablement and training programs

Salary Range: $110,000 - 160,000
