About HERE

Everything works right here™.

Traditional browsers weren’t built for work. In today’s enterprise environment—where security threats are constant and productivity is critical—legacy browsers fall short. That’s why we built HERE, the browser purpose-built for work.

Powered by Chromium, HERE Enterprise Browser combines enterprise-grade security, seamless productivity, and native AI integration in one secure, intelligent workspace. Designed for regulated industries, HERE offers deep policy controls, identity-based access, secure workspace isolation, and full interoperability across SaaS, legacy, and virtualized environments. Our platform enables teams to work faster, more securely, and more intelligently—without compromise.

HERE technology is trusted by 90% of global banks and also used within the U.S. Intelligence Community and other sectors. We’re backed by some of the world’s most respected financial institutions and venture firms, including Bain Capital Ventures, Bank of America, J.P. Morgan, Wells Fargo and IQT, the not-for-profit strategic investor that accelerates the introduction of groundbreaking technologies to enhance the national security of America and its allies.

About the Role

As a Product Enablement Intern, you’ll sit at the intersection of product and team enablement, helping teams across HERE get more value out of the Enterprise Browser they use every day. You’ll spend time with different departments to understand how they actually work, then leverage AI in HERE Studio to build and configure tools that remove friction from their routines.

This is a hands-on role: you’ll ship real internal apps, organize them into Supertabs, and train the people who use them. Coding knowledge is optional, being able to work across many teams and understand what makes them tick isn’t!

Responsibilities

  • Meet with teams across the organization to understand their daily workflows and identify where the Enterprise Browser can simplify or automate repetitive tasks
  • Translate what you learn into functional internal apps built in HERE Studio
  • Group related tools into Supertabs so each team has fast, centralized access to what they need most
  • Run onboarding and training sessions so teams know how to use the tools once they’re live
  • Gather feedback after launch and iterate on apps and Supertabs based on how teams actually use them
  • Document workflows and build patterns so other teams can reuse what you’ve built

What We're Looking For

  • Currently pursuing or completed a degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or a related field
  • An eye for simple, usable interfaces; interest in workflow design and internal tooling
  • Comfortable using AI tools to build or prototype software (even without a traditional engineering background)
  • Can speak to examples of how to solve internal workflow bottlenecks using AI connected tools
  • Strong technical aptitude, with the ability to train end users on complex software
  • Capable of creating clear, concise enablement materials, such as short video walkthroughs, quick-reference guides, and FAQs
  • Excellent communication skills and comfortable working cross functionally- engaging with people in different roles to understand their technical challenges and pain points
  • Organized and self-directed; able to manage multiple team relationships and projects at once
  • Interest in enterprise software, financial services, AI, or cybersecurity is a bonus

Sponsorship - While we highly value all of our candidates, we are not offering visa sponsorship for this role.

Salary Range: $17-25hr
