- Provide safe transportation to and from the doctor’s appointment

One-Time Appointment:

- Transportation to and from medical appointment
Ongoing Care:

- Bathing assistance every Wednesday
- Afternoon (flexible timing)

- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
