Helper Rate: $16.66 per hour
We are seeking a kind and dependable helper to support an 89-year-old male who is physically mobile and cognitively intact but experiencing progressive vision loss. He would benefit from assistance with daily tasks and transportation, as he is currently unable to drive.
Care Responsibilities
- Assist with ADLs and daily routines
- Provide transportation to appointments and errands
- Help with meal preparation
- Support with laundry and light housekeeping
- Assist with basic technology use (phone, computer navigation)
- Offer companionship and engagement
- 2 days per week
- 3 hours per shift (6 hours total weekly)
- Days/times flexible
Ideal Candidate
- Must have a reliable vehicle
- Patient and attentive, especially with vision limitations
- Comfortable assisting with light tech-related tasks
- Friendly and engaging personality
