Whether you're a former family caregiver or a professional with dialysis training, your experience is invaluable.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide support during and after dialysis treatments, ensuring safety, comfort, and emotional reassurance
• Assist with mobility, daily living tasks, and creating a clean, recovery-friendly environment
• Monitor for post-treatment symptoms such as fatigue or dizziness and communicate concerns promptly
• Support patient understanding of home dialysis protocols, diet, hydration, and treatment compliance
• Collaborate with family members and facility staff to ensure continuity of care
• Support transitional care for those newly discharged or beginning dialysis at home

Who You Are:

• You’ve received dialysis training (e.g., through DaVita, Fresenius, or a home hemodialysis (HHD) program)
• You’ve worked as a care partner, whether professionally or as a dedicated family caregiver
• You’re compassionate, detail-oriented, and confident assisting someone with complex care routines
• You’re comfortable using a mobile app (Herewith) to accept shifts, manage your availability, and communicate with clients
• CPR/First Aid certification is preferred; CNA/PCT/HHA credentials are a plus but not required
