Employment Type: Full-Time, Exempt
Level: Associate
Location: Minneapolis Metro, Minnesota
Annual salary: $50,000 - $60,000 base salary, dependent on experience level
Position will be eligible for a sales incentive bonus effective 2027
Schedule: Flexibility required outside of business hours for evening and weekend events, as needed
Travel: This role requires frequent travel in the MSP market to attend meetings and events within our 5 clinic locations and across the community. 
Reliable transportation is a must

About the Community Sales Coordinator Role:

The Community Sales Coordinator is a passionate and driven member of our Community Growth team. You will be responsible for expanding our patient base by building awareness in the community around our clinics, building strategic partnerships, hosting community events, and leading clinic-specific, targeted outreach campaigns. You will be responsible for tracking outreach activity, referrals, and patient conversion metrics, while working collaboratively with your team. The right candidate will be able to demonstrate flexibility and resilience in a dynamic work environment, as well as represent Herself Health with professionalism, warmth, and integrity.


Essential responsibilities:

  • Developing and nurturing relationships with insurance sales agents to ensure engagement
  • Plans and coordinates events for community outreach (senior centers, marketing sites, churches, etc.)
  • Leading clinic-specific targeted outreach campaigns
  • Maintains up to date weekly production and achieve production goals
  • Maintains up to date weekly calendar of events
  • Tracking/reporting outreach activity, referrals and patient conversion metrics
  • Promoting the medical groups value proposition at open houses, health talks, seminars
  • Upholds a strong field presence and builds relationships within the healthcare industry
  • Developing and enhancing business to business partnerships

Location Requirements:

Candidates must be located in the Minneapolis, Minnesota area as this is a community-based, on-site role.

  • Eagan Clinic | 2000 Rahncliff Ct #400, Eagan, MN

Must-have Qualifications and Skills:

  • 1+ years' experience in sales, business development or customer service facing roles
  • Self-starter with strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable with public speaking and engaging diverse audiences
  • Proven attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality event execution
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings and weekends, as required for events
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platform

Nice-to-have Qualifications and Skills:

  • Experience working with Medicare-eligible populations or managed care organizations
  • Established relationships in the Twin Cities senior or healthcare market
  • Proven experience in event coordination and management
