  • Maintain tooling and ensure proper condition of equipment
  • Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and process specifications
  • Complete accurate documentation of work orders and inspection results
  • Maintain compliance with PPE, 5S, and FOD prevention standards
  • Support process improvement initiatives to enhance quality, cost, and delivery
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, quality, and production planning teams

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Familiarity with blueprint reading and basic GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing) concepts
  • Must be a U.S. Person (U.S. Citizen, Lawful Permanent Resident, Refugee, or Asylee) per ITAR/EAR export control regulations

Preferred:

  • Advanced vocational and/or military technical schooling related to aircraft manufacturing or maintenance, or FAA-licensed Airframe & Powerplant (A&P)
  • Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related technical field (preferred for candidates seeking accelerated advancement into engineering support roles)
  • Associate's degree or two-year technical college certificate in Aviation Maintenance Technology, Composites Manufacturing, or a related discipline also strongly considered
  • Experience in FAA-regulated manufacturing and associated paperwork and documentation
  • Hands-on experience with composite layup, fiberglass, or aerospace, UAS, marine, or motorsport fabrication
  • Exposure to non-destructive testing (NDT) methods such as ultrasonic inspection or tap testing
  • Familiarity with resin infusion techniques including VARTM or RTM
  • Experience in an AS9100 or ISO-certified quality management environment
  • Experience using digital calipers, micrometers, or other precision measurement tools

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to work in a manufacturing environment and wear proper PPE throughout the shift

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
