Revenue Operations Specialist

SUMMARY
HexArmor is seeking a Revenue Operations Specialist to join our Revenue Operations team to serve as a critical player in our company growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will provide operations support for revenue generating functions such as sales and marketing. The candidate should be a strong collaborator and possess strong analytical skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design, implement, and coordinate smooth processes across departments like sales and marketing
- Evaluate current processes, determine how these can be improved, and implement new solutions
- Be responsible for training and educating team members across departments on sales & marketing processes, technology, and solutions
- Work alongside system administrators (such as Salesforce or Tableau) data and workflows specific to sales and marketing
- Work alongside management to prioritize operational tasks
- Provide training to the sales team on new processes, tools, and programs to improve performance, effectiveness, and efficiency
- Conduct regular analysis of sales and marketing data and metrics to identify opportunity for process improvement and increased sales efficiency
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree Business, Marketing, Sales or related field
- 1-3 years of experience working in sales, marketing, or operational role
- Strong understanding of Salesforce and other sales enablement platforms
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with others
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and leverage sales data and metrics to drive process management
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful sales enablement programs
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
