Position Summary

HeyGen is seeking a Special Projects Generalist to join our growing team and play a critical role in driving multiple key areas of the business. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a startup environment, wears multiple hats, and likes to get stuff done and move fast.

What You Will Do

• Act as a Swiss Army Knife, taking on high-impact projects across the company as we scale.
• Solve first-time challenges by building playbooks and operationalizing tasks, enabling others to take over while you move on to the next big problem.
• Identify and assess new business opportunities for growth.
• Analyze usage data to uncover product issues and opportunities.
• Engage with customers to understand their pain points and provide insights to improve the product.
• Conduct competitor research to support product strategy.
• Collaborate with GTM and Product teams to refine customer personas and use cases.

What We’re Looking For

• A generalist with a “whatever it takes” mindset.
• Ability to learn quickly and “figure it out”.
• Hustle, grit, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
• 2+ years of experience in startups, consulting, or similar environment.
• Self-starter who identifies problems and implements solutions proactively.
• Strong analytical skills and a willingness to dive into data.
• Clear and effective communication, with the ability to synthesize and present ideas concisely.

Salary Range

$150,000 – 160,000 annually
