Revenue Operations Manager
About HeyGen
At HeyGen, our mission is to make visual storytelling accessible to all. Over the last decade, visual content has become the preferred method of information creation, consumption, and retention. But the ability to create such content, in particular videos, continues to be costly and challenging to scale. Our ambition is to build technology that equips more people with the power to reach, captivate, and inspire audiences.

Position Overview
HeyGen is past $100M ARR and on a rocketship trajectory. We’re hiring a Revenue Operations Manager to own our data integrations, core reporting workflows, and GTM cadence. We are looking for a technical, product-minded operator who can enable GTM teams, design high-leverage processes, and build a small team in a fast, scrappy, high-agency environment.
This role sits at the intersection of data, product, and GTM— responsible for making revenue metrics reliable, building operational playbooks for Sales, Marketing, and CS, and enabling the teams that drive ARR. You’ll move quickly, build clarity from ambiguity, and lay the foundation for scale as HeyGen expands globally.
Key Responsibilities
Data Infrastructure & Reporting
- Own end-to-end data integrations and ETL that feed the GTM stack (product analytics → warehouse → BI / CRM).
- Design and maintain core business reporting workflows and dashboards that drive GTM cadence (weekly/monthly executive reporting, ARR rollups, forecasting inputs, GTM KPIs).
- Build repeatable orchestration for GTM teams— playbooks for close, renewals, forecasting, and pipeline hygiene.
Process & Enablement
- Translate business needs into data & tooling requirements, ensuring GTM teams have actionable insights.
- Operationalize product usage signals into qualification, lead routing, and territory design to bridge PLG and PLS motions.
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, CS, and Product to improve funnel visibility and execution.
Governance & Quality
- Define and maintain data contracts, schema governance, and quality checks to ensure trusted metrics (MQL/SQL/Opportunities/ARR).
- Lead vendor selection, integrations, and relationships for the GTM stack (CRM, analytics, ETL, enrichment).
- Partner with Analytics/Engineering to ensure reliable instrumentation and event taxonomy (PostHog, GA4).
Leadership & Continuous Improvement
- Build and lead a small, high-performing Revenue Ops team (analysts / engineers / ops).
- Run experiments and root-cause analyses that improve forecast accuracy, GTM throughput, and efficiency.
- Establish operating rhythms that scale with HeyGen’s rapid growth.
Success Metrics
- Reliability and adoption of GTM dashboards and metrics.
- Forecast accuracy and reporting consistency.
- Efficiency improvements across GTM workflows (e.g., reduced cycle time, improved pipeline hygiene).
- GTM team enablement and satisfaction (internal NPS).
- ARR growth and funnel conversion improvements influenced by RevOps systems.
Preferred Qualifications
- 6+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Ops, Analytics, or hybrid GTM Ops at a high-growth SaaS company.
- Strong, hands-on Salesforce experience (admin/architect level).
- Advanced SQL and analytics tooling experience (e.g., Hex, Snowflake, BigQuery).
- Proven track record building data pipelines and maintaining integrations (ETL/ELT).
- Experience operationalizing product analytics (PostHog, GA4) into GTM workflows.
- Demonstrated rigor in building ARR, funnel, and forecasting analytics.
- Strong communicator and problem-solver who thrives in ambiguity.
- Experience building or scaling a RevOps function and managing a small team.
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience using LLMs / GenAI for revenue workflows (forecasting narratives, intent scoring, playbook automation).
- Salesforce certification (Admin / Architect).
- Familiarity with Clay, Customer.io, dbt, or Polytomic.
- Experience at companies scaling from ~$100M+ ARR.
- ABM and advanced account workflow experience.
Character Traits
- Self-starter: Builds quickly, ships MVPs, iterates fast.
- High agency: Operates effectively with limited resources.
- Builder-mentor: Creates structure and scales processes through people.
- Customer of the data: Obsessed with accuracy, usability, and impact.
