Talent Acquisition Partner

As a Talent Acquisition Partner for Hibu, you will be responsible for providing full life cycle recruitment support to internal business partners in support of our sales expansion plans. Candidates should have 1-2 years of Talent Acquisition experience and have excellent relationship building skills with both candidates and business partners. Candidate should possess knowledge of recruiting tools such as LinkedIn, job boards, applicant tracking systems and applicant tracking systems. Talent Acquisition Partners conduct 25 phone interviews per week and support 7-10 Outside Sales Regional Managers.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Develop key relationships with Premise sales hiring managers to expedite all hiring needs and fill all openings in a timely and cost-efficient manner
  • Conduct regular meetings with Premise sales hiring managers to go over recruiting strategies for open positions, discuss upcoming needs as well as obtain follow up on recruiting efforts & new hires.
  • Post all Premise sales positions internally and externally in Hibu’s application tracking system, on external job boards and various social recruiting sites.
  • Review resumes and interview/select qualified candidates based on job description criteria & recruiting strategies. Present top candidates to hiring manager.
  • Maintain excellent relationships with all candidates and provide a best in class experience during the recruitment and on-boarding process.
  • Provide feedback and recommendations to internal applicants regarding strength and development needs of candidates; send turn down letters to external candidates.
  • Understand personal recruiting metrics and recruiting metrics for hiring partners to ensure we close the gaps on any missed opportunities. 
  • Work closely with TA Coordinator and TA Sourcing Partner to build and maintain strong talent pipelines for future sales openings. 
  • Stay current on trends in sales recruiting, candidate experience, and talent sourcing techniques. 
  • Participate in Cedar Rapids Hibu community involvement initiative when able
  • Assist/Lead other HR Projects and Initiatives as needed

Competencies/Critical Skills:

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under strict deadlines
  • High-level of professionalism and the ability to build rapport with internal and external customers
  • Strong project management skills
  • Ability to manage diverse personalities while keeping company priorities at the forefront of decisions
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Solid verbal and written communication skills a must
  • Friendly, proactive, self-motivated team player
  • Detailed, organized, and adaptable
  • Ability to prioritize workloads and hold yourself accountable

Preferred Experience:

  • 4 Year College Degree
  • 2-3 years of sourcing or recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment or equivalent experience
  • Passionate about providing the highest level of candidate experience and building strong and meaningful relationships
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to interact with all levels of management
  • Attention to detail with prior experience successfully managing large amounts of confidential, time sensitive documents
