Job Title: Team Lead – Landscaping

Pay: $20–$25 per hour (based on experience)

Job Type: Full-Time (30+ hours per week)

Schedule: Day Shift, Hours Vary

Position Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Team Lead to oversee daily landscaping operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, leading a crew, and ensuring high-quality results across a variety of landscaping projects. The Team Lead will be responsible for supervising team members, coordinating tasks, and maintaining safety and efficiency on job sites.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise a team of landscaping crew members
Plan, assign, and oversee daily tasks and project timelines
Ensure all work meets company quality standards and client expectations
Operate and maintain landscaping equipment safely
Train new employees and provide ongoing guidance to team members
Communicate effectively with management and clients as needed
Monitor job site safety and enforce company policies

Qualifications:

Previous landscaping experience required (leadership experience preferred)
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to work in varying weather conditions and perform physical labor
Knowledge of landscaping tools, equipment, and techniques
Valid driver’s license preferred
Spanish Speaking is a plus (Not required)
