Want to challenge yourself at a purpose-led scale up AND make a difference in the world? Come join the revolootion!

Funny name, serious business

We make eco-friendly products and donate 50% of our profits to provide clean water and help build toilets for the billions of people who lack proper access. So far, we’ve contributed over $18 million AUD (roughly $12.5 million USD) to fund sanitation projects around the globe. Basically, we’re really good at doing good.

With hubs in Australia, the Philippines, China, the US, UK and Europe, our amazing team of 200+ work to make the biggest possible impact for people and the planet. Over the next couple of years, we’re hoping to increase our annual donation tenfold to get us closer to our dream of everyone in the world having access to clean water and sanitation services.

A bit about the role

This role is about making a significant impact on our operations. As our Senior NetSuite Consultant & Integration Specialist, you'll be instrumental in optimising our NetSuite ERP system and ensuring seamless integration with our other key applications. You'll lead implementations, design crucial integrations (like with Shopify and our 3PLs), and work closely with various teams across the business to meet their evolving needs.

Ultimately, your contributions will enhance our operational excellence, drive continuous improvement, and directly support our ability to scale. You'll play a key part in ensuring our internal teams can effectively leverage new solutions, boosting their productivity and overall efficiency.

If you worked here this past month here are some things you might have been involved in

  • Mapping out the future of our NetSuite ERP – thinking big about how we can use it to hit our strategic goals and make everything more efficient.
  • Catching up with our e-commerce team to figure out the nitty-gritty details for a new integration with Shopify, making sure it all sings in harmony.
  • Advising on the best way forward for a major NetSuite update, ensuring we're staying cutting-edge and ready for growth.
  • Leading a deep dive session with our finance team to refine requirements for a new reporting module in NetSuite, making their lives easier.
  • Designing the blueprint for a complex data flow between NetSuite and a new logistics platform.
  • Getting your hands dirty configuring some key NetSuite modules to support a new product launch.
  • Troubleshooting a tricky integration issue with one of our third-party apps, making sure everything got back on track smoothly.
  • Mentoring a new team member on the ins and outs of our NetSuite setup, helping them get up to speed fast.
  • Developing a custom script to automate a time-consuming manual process, saving hours for the team!
  • Collaborating cross-functionally to ensure a new business process integrates seamlessly across all our systems.

Let’s talk about you

You're a seasoned pro in the NetSuite universe, ready to lead and get things done! You're passionate about making systems work smarter for people, and you thrive in a dynamic, high-growth environment. You're not just about the tech; you're about the impact it has on the business and our incredible mission.

Here’s what we're hoping you'll bring to the table:

  • Over 10 years of commercial operational and consulting experience with NetSuite, including a stellar track record in project delivery and integrations.
  • Serious expertise in NetSuite ERP, SuiteFlow, and SuiteTalk (REST/SOAP API). You speak NetSuite fluently!
  • Hands-on experience with integration platforms like Boomi, Celigo, MuleSoft, or Jitterbit.
  • A solid grasp of SQL, JSON, and web services for when custom development is key.
  • Familiarity with NetSuite Advanced Modules.
  • A strong understanding of core business processes in finance, supply chain, and CRM domains.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, clear communication, and a knack for managing relationships with all sorts of stakeholders.
  • NetSuite Certifications would be fantastic, but your proven experience truly shines!

You give a crap

Do you want your work to make the world a better place? Do you want to work with other people who feel the same way? What a coincidence — us too!

Why should you work with us?

First off, as a certified B Corp™, we work to make a difference every day while maintaining the highest standards of social and environmental impact. With our most recent score of 125.5 we’re in very good company with other exceptional B Corps around the world.

We also believe that helping to make the world a better place should be rewarded accordingly – that’s why we offer competitive, market informed salaries, meaningful support towards healthcare for our team around the world, generous paid leave, tailored learning and development opportunities, and free toilet paper (yes, you read that right).

Our engagement surveys (thanks Culture Amp!) tell us that our team is really proud (95%) to work for Who Gives A Crap and, well, we couldn’t be more proud of that.

Have you made it this far?

If you’re still reading, we think there’s a strong chance you might be our kind of person. Here’s the thing, though — research suggests that 60% of women and underrepresented folks might have already talked themselves out of applying. Even if you don’t check every box above, we want to encourage you to introduce yourself. We believe a diversity of perspectives and experiences makes a team stronger — and the stronger our team, the closer we are to delivering toilets and clean water for all.
