JOB SUMMARY

The Partner Program Manager/Sr. Manager serves as the face of Higher Logic for all referral partners. This role’s primary responsibility is to drive referral partner revenue by building a partner network and then enabling and incenting partners to support the company’s Go-to-Market strategy.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES: 

 

  • Partner Acquisition: Identify, solicit, and secure new referral partners to expand the company’s partner ecosystem.
  • Revenue Growth: Drive referral partner revenue by developing and executing strategic plans that align with company goals.
  • Forecasting: Develop and manage processes to forecast partner deals accurately, utilizing data-driven insights and market trends to predict future partner opportunities and revenue streams. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with overall sales and business goals. Regularly analyze and report on partner performance, adjusting forecasts to reflect the latest data and emerging trends.
  • Enablement Programs: Design and implement robust enablement programs to equip partners with the necessary tools, training, and resources to effectively promote and sell our software solutions.
  • Incentive Programs: Create and manage incentive programs to motivate and reward partners, ensuring alignment with revenue targets and partner performance metrics.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with partners, acting as the primary point of contact and ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and engagement.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze partner performance, providing regular reports and insights to senior management to inform strategic decisions.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure partner needs are met, to drive joint initiatives and to ensure alignment and understanding of the latest partner processes.
  • Conduct all business in accordance with Higher Logic policies and procedures.
  • All other duties as assigned.

 

KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

  • Experience in partner management, business development, or a related role within the software industry.
  • Proven ability to drive revenue growth through partner programs.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.
  • Self-motivated, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Ability to coordinate cross-functional projects throughout an organization.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the desire to wear many hats to accomplish goals.
  • Ability to develop broader strategic plans while also being hands-on with the details.
