Director of Demand Generation

US-Remote

About the Role

We’re looking for a hands-on, data-driven Director of Demand Generation to lead pipeline growth across both our Association and Corporate markets. You’ll own the strategy and execution of integrated marketing programs—from paid and ABM to events and email—that generate high-quality leads and accelerate sales.

This role is perfect for someone who loves blending strategy and execution, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and knows how to turn marketing investment into measurable business impact. You’ll bring structure, creativity, and AI-enabled efficiency to everything you do.

---

What You’ll Do

· Drive pipeline growth: Lead demand generation strategy and execution across Association and Corporate markets.

· Build and scale campaigns: Develop a cohesive, multichannel campaign calendar spanning paid media, ABM, events, email, and web.

· Optimize and test relentlessly: Use data, analytics, and experimentation to improve conversion and ROI.

· Lead with collaboration: Partner closely with Product Marketing, Revenue Operations, Sales, Brand, and Customer Success to ensure aligned go-to-market execution.

· Use AI and modern martech: Leverage tools and automation to increase efficiency, personalization, and performance.

· Manage and mentor: Oversee a small internal team and agency partners to deliver results and continuously raise the bar.

---

What You Bring

· 7–10 years of experience in B2B demand generation, including 3–5 years leading teams or agencies.

· A proven record of driving measurable pipeline growth through digital and ABM programs.

· Strong analytical mindset—you’re fluent in funnel metrics, testing, and optimization.

· Hands-on experience with tools like Marketo, Salesforce, and paid media platforms (LinkedIn, Google, etc.).

· Comfort working across functions and influencing peers in Sales, Product Marketing, and Brand.

· Curiosity and adaptability—you love experimenting, learning, and using AI to make marketing smarter and faster.

---

Who You Are

· Strategic doer: You can set the vision and get it done.

· Analytical and creative: You balance data-driven decision-making with smart storytelling.

· Organized operator: You bring order to the chaos with calendars, systems, and priorities.

· Collaborative communicator: You thrive when marketing, sales, and customer teams move together.

· Performance-driven: You focus on outcomes, not activity.

---
