JOB SUMMARY
Higher Logic is seeking a Marketing Manager to execute marketing campaigns that drive pipeline growth, customer engagement, and cross-sell opportunities within the association market.
This role partners closely with the Product Marketing Director and Senior Customer Growth Manager to implement product launches, lifecycle campaigns, and targeted marketing programs. The Marketing Manager owns the day-to-day execution of campaigns and contributes ideas for improving pipeline performance through experimentation, testing, and data-driven insights.
This is a highly collaborative role that works across Marketing, Sales, Product, and Customer Success to ensure campaigns are delivered effectively and contribute to measurable business outcomes.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Campaign Execution
Execute multi-channel marketing campaigns that support product launches, demand generation, and customer growth initiatives. This includes coordinating campaign assets, implementing marketing programs across channels, and ensuring campaigns are delivered on schedule.
- Run and optimize campaigns across channels such as email, paid media, webinars, landing pages, digital programs, and events
- Coordinate campaign assets, messaging, and timelines with Product Marketing and Customer Growth teams
- Maintain campaign calendars and ensure programs launch smoothly
Pipeline Growth & Optimization
Continuously evaluate campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve pipeline generation and engagement.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and share insights with internal stakeholders
- Recommend improvements to campaign tactics and targeting
- Run experiments and tests to improve engagement, conversion, and pipeline contribution
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner closely with Product and Customer Marketing as well as other marketing team members to ensure campaigns support go-to-market priorities.
- Align campaigns with product launches and customer growth initiatives
- Ensure campaigns support the broader marketing and revenue strategy
AI-Enabled Marketing
Leverage AI tools to increase marketing productivity, improve campaign execution, and accelerate learning.
- Use AI tools to assist with campaign development, content iteration, and segmentation
- Experiment with AI-driven approaches to improve marketing performance and efficiency
- Contribute insights and learnings that help the marketing team scale AI-enabled marketing practices
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in B2B marketing, demand generation, or campaign execution within a technology or SaaS company
- Experience executing multi-channel marketing campaigns including email marketing, paid media, webinars, and digital programs
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Experience working with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce, and Gong
- Ability to analyze campaign data and translate insights into actionable improvements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Experience Desired
- Experience marketing to associations, membership organizations, or nonprofit organizations
- Experience supporting product launches or lifecycle marketing programs
- Familiarity with AI tools used in marketing workflows
