About Hightouch

Hightouch’s mission is to empower everyone to take action on their data. Hundreds of companies, including Autotrader, Calendly, Cars.com, Monday.com, and PetSmart, trust Hightouch to power their growth.

We pioneered the Composable Customer Data Platform (CDP), which lets companies use their own data warehouse to collect, prepare, and activate customer data for marketing personalization and business operations. Our new AI Decisioning platform goes a step further, allowing marketers to set goals and guardrails that AI agents can then use to personalize 1:1 customer interactions. Traditionally, only technical teams had the skills to access and use customer data. With Hightouch, every business user can deliver personalized customer experiences, optimize performance marketing, and move faster by leveraging data and AI across their organization.

Our team focuses on making a meaningful impact for our customers. We approach challenges with a first-principles mindset, move quickly and efficiently, and treat each other with compassion and kindness. We look for team members who are strong communicators, have a growth mindset, and are motivated and persistent in achieving our goals.

What else? We’re based in San Francisco but have team members all over the world. Our Series C put us at a $1.2B valuation, and we are backed by leading investors such as Sapphire Ventures, Amplify Partners, ICONIQ Growth, Bain Capital Ventures, Y-Combinator, and Afore Capital.

About the Role

We are seeking a Growth Marketing Manager, Paid Media to own and scale our paid acquisition programs. You’ll be responsible for managing social ads (LinkedIn, Facebook), search ads (Google), and testing new paid channels to drive qualified opportunities for our sales team.

This is a high-impact, hands-on role for someone who is both data-driven and creatively minded. You’ll analyze performance metrics to optimize spend, develop creative ad campaigns that align with Hightouch’s broader marketing initiatives, and ensure paid channels become a predictable and scalable growth engine.

If you’re excited about diving deep into performance data, experimenting with new approaches, and shaping the future of paid acquisition at a hypergrowth startup, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the strategy, execution, and optimization of paid campaigns across LinkedIn, Facebook, Google, and new/emerging channels.

  • Drive qualified pipeline through paid acquisition and measure performance against revenue goals.

  • Partner with the Marketing team to develop creative ad campaigns that amplify our broader demand-gen initiatives.

  • Build and maintain dashboards in Omni to analyze performance and share insights with stakeholders.

  • Manage budgets and forecasts, ensuring efficient allocation of spend to maximize ROI.

  • Continuously test messaging, creative formats, and targeting strategies to improve campaign effectiveness.

  • Stay up-to-date on the latest paid acquisition best practices, tools, and platform updates.

What We’re Looking For

  • 4+ years of hands-on experience managing paid social and paid search campaigns, ideally at a fast-growing B2B SaaS company.

  • Proven track record of driving measurable impact on pipeline and revenue through paid media.

  • Highly analytical with strong skills in reporting, optimization, and data-driven decision-making.

  • Ability to balance data with creativity—comfortable developing ad concepts that engage and convert.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working across Marketing, Sales, and Ops.

  • Experience with analytics/reporting tools like Looker or Omni is a plus.

  • Experience with account-based marketing (ABM) strategies or testing emerging ad platforms.

Why Hightouch

  • High-impact role owning a core growth channel.

  • Fast-paced startup environment with ambitious growth goals.

  • Collaborative, values-driven team that cares deeply about customer success.

  • Opportunity to experiment, innovate, and make an immediate difference.

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
