Hillendale Home Care is looking for compassionate, reliable Caregivers and Home Care Aides (CNA, HHA, and experienced in-home caregivers all welcome) to serve seniors across the Bay Area and surrounding communities. You won't be on your own out there: our staffing and care managers have your back with real support, every shift.

 

What you'll earn

  • $19-$23 per hour, based on the level of care provided
  • $375 Caregiver Referral Bonus for every caregiver you refer

What you'll do

Help clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent at home by providing:

Personal care and assistance with activities of daily livingMobility and transfer assistanceMedication remindersMeal planning and preparationLight housekeeping and laundryCompanionship and emotional supportTransportation or accompaniment to appointments and errands

What we're looking for

We're looking for caregivers who are compassionate, dependable, and committed to providing exceptional care.

Qualifications include:

  • Home Care Services Bureau (HCSB) registration (we'll guide you through the process if needed)
  • Current TB test
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English

Bilingual caregivers are encouraged to apply. Spanish, Cantonese, Mandarin, Farsi, Tagalog, and other language skills are highly valued and often lead to additional client opportunities.
