
Contract Recruiter

3 Month Contract with potential for extension
This is an onsite recruiting role in our Monterey office. No remote candidates please.
Responsible for researching, developing, and implementing effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a Caregiver talent for the organization.
- Facilitate and implement all phases of the Caregiver recruitment process including managing best practices in the ATS.
- Responsible for job postings and advertisement processes; updating and managing postings as needed.
- Identify and implement efficient and effective recruiting methods based on industry standards and the needs of the organization.
- Screen applications for qualified Caregiver candidates and conduct initial phone interviews to determine qualifications.
- Schedule and conduct in-person interviews; second additional interviews with other stakeholders when needed.
- Verbally extend job offers and initiate all pre-employment checks and processes after offer-accept; send formal offer letter to new hire for review and signature.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.
- Attend and participate in job fairs and sourcing outreach opportunities.
Experience
- Strong knowledge of full life-cycle recruiting processes and best practices.
- Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment of high-volume roles.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with good negotiation tactics.
- Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills (in English language) with ability to effectively communicate with clients, employees, managers, contractors, peers and vendors.
- Ability to work in a fast paced and results driven environment.
- Learn quickly; understand/follow instruction and adapt to new problems and situations.
- Ability to meet all safety and physical requirements of the job with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Team player; ability to cultivate team environment.
