Growth and Ecommerce Coordinator

Hill House Home is seeking a scrappy Growth and Ecommerce Coordinator to join our New York team, reporting directly to the Ecommerce Manager. In this role, you’ll support day-to-day website and growth marketing tasks, and you will work closely with cross-functional teams. You will learn about full-funnel e-commerce and marketing strategy while owning key initiatives that directly impact revenue.
What You’ll Do:
- Product setup & data management: Execute product uploads and maintain product data across the site. Assign and QA product filters (color, size, etc.) and conduct full PDP reviews prior to launch to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Site Merchandising: Maintain clean, well-organized collection pages and PDPs. Ensure products appear in the correct collections, navigation aligns with site structure, and editorial or influencer imagery is properly formatted for site use.
- Site Operations: Support daily site functionality by conducting search QA before and after launches, managing product review groupings for style iterations, and coordinating homepage and collection page updates to ensure a seamless customer experience. Manage discount code creation and monitor usage across campaigns. Execute updates across key customer touchpoints, including site pop-ups and tracking pages.
- Marketing Support: Assist with campaign execution in Klaviyo by uploading creative assets, linking products, and QAing emails to ensure accuracy and functionality before deployment. Support broader marketing initiatives by preparing paid ad proofs, delivering assets to partners, fine-tuning copy for site and advertising, and managing marketing channel feeds.
- Process & cross-team coordination: Work cross-functionally with marketing, creative, and external partners to ensure site content, promotions, and product launches are executed accurately and on schedule.
Who You Are:
- Strong attention to detail with proven time-management and organizational skills; ability to effectively project manage several deliverables at high quality expectations
- Solid teamwork, communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with multiple stakeholders and interface with all levels of management
- Uses logical thought process to solve problems and has the ability to clearly and concisely communicate insight and go forward plan
- Excellent communication and presentation skills a must; ability to communicate detailed analyses into high level summaries for easy distribution, understanding and action
- Solid Excel and PowerPoint skills; proficient in all other MS Office applications
- Embraces a culture of learning and advocacy
- Has lived experiences with people from different backgrounds and diverse teams
Compensation for the role will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and experience. The estimated annual compensation for this role is $55,000-60,000.
