Design Intern (Summer 2026)

Hill House Home is seeking a motivated Design Intern to join our New York team for a 10-week summer program. This is a hands-on opportunity to get real exposure to the design and product lifecycle at a fast-growing lifestyle brand!
What You'll Do
- Assist with sketches, Illustrator line work, and digital renderings
- Help with color, material, research and inspiration boards
- Conduct trend, consumer, and competitive research
- Organize and maintain design files, samples, and seasonal archives
- Assist with the preparations of meetings & presentations
- Perform such other duties as directed by the supervisor
Who You Are
- Relevant coursework in fashion design
- Experience with PLM, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Microsoft Excel, a plus
- Basic knowledge of garment construction and design
- Strong communicator with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset
- Positive, can-do attitude and willingness to jump in wherever needed
Program Details:
- Duration: 10- Week Program ( June - August )
- Schedule: Must be available to work in-person in our NYC offices, Tuesday - Thursday. Full-time opportunities available.
- Compensation: $20/hour
