Role Mission
Deliver US $100 million+ of net new AUM within 12 months by converting warm institutional and crypto-native prospects and expanding existing relationships. Marketing, lead-gen, and content support are already in place—your mandate is to engage with leads, close and grow.

Core Responsibilities
- Qualification & Discovery – Receive pre-qualified leads, validate mandate fit, map decision makers, and craft closing plans.
- Solution Selling – Articulate Hillroute’s quant edge and risk controls in allocator language; manage DDQs, objections, and term-sheet negotiations.
- Pipeline Management – Maintain stage hygiene and forecast accuracy in HubSpot CRM.
- Account Expansion – Identify treasury, co-investment, and new-product opportunities; drive incremental AUM.
- Stakeholder Orchestration – Coordinate PMs, risk, legal, and compliance to accelerate close and deliver white-glove onboarding.
- Market Intelligence – Track competitor flows, fee terms, and allocator sentiment; feed insights to product and marketing.
- Regulated Communications – Ensure every deck, email, and meeting complies with Cayman, DFSA, and reverse-solicitation frameworks.
Ideal Profile
- 5–10 yrs+ closing AUM for hedge funds, alternatives, or private-bank mandates; personal record > US $250 m preferred.
- Network: GCC family offices, sovereign-linked pools, European & Asian wealth hubs, crypto funds-of-funds, DAO/corporate treasuries.
- Product fluency in quantitative strategies, derivatives, and digital-asset market micro-structure.
- Relentless closer mentality—structured sales process, disciplined follow-up, comfort negotiating side letters and fee breaks.
- C-level communicator able to turn complex strategy into crisp, outcome-focused narratives.
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in Finance, Economics, Engineering; CFA/CAIA welcome but execution record matters more.
