About the Role:
As the Director, High Volume Recruiting, you will report to the Head of Talent Acquisition and lead a team responsible for our high volume hiring across multiple sites in OH, AZ, CA and any future sites we open. This role requires a proven leader with deep experience in high-volume, high-complexity recruitment, ideally within healthcare, pharmacy, or logistics sectors.
You Will:
- Define and lead the talent recruitment strategy for high-volume recruiting across pharmacy and fulfillment center positions in OH, AZ and CA, ensuring alignment with business objectives and operational needs.
- Partner with hiring managers, senior leadership and HR to understand hiring needs, provide updates on recruiting progress, and offer strategic guidance.
- Manage, mentor and develop the high-volume recruitment team (hiring strong recruiters when needed) to ensure we meet current and future staffing requirements.
- Identifying and onboarding high-performing recruiters who can thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment, ensuring the team has the right skillsets and resources to deliver on ambitious hiring goals.
- Run effective team meetings, including weekly standups and 1-on-1s, ensuring a strong sense of urgency, clear communication, and accountability. Use these forums to set expectations, align on priorities, and hold team members accountable for meeting hiring goals and maintaining quality standards.
- Build and implement effective sourcing strategies, leveraging a variety of channels, including job boards, referrals and recruitment marketing. Develop and maintain robust talent pipelines for key roles across the business.
- Use recruitment data and analytics to provide our business with real-time insights on a weekly basis, with the aim of providing visibility of the team’s current pipeline and future forecasting
- Manage partnerships with key external agencies, both for senior-level permanent positions and hourly / temporary positions where applicable.
- Manage employer branding efforts to enhance local presence and talent attraction efforts, such as partnerships with schools, colleges and career fairs
You Have:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 13+ years progressive recruiting experience, with a focus on high-volume hiring in the Pharmaceutical, Healthcare or Fulfillment / Logistics sectors.
- 6+ years experience leading remote and onsite recruiting teams, with the ability to influence and collaborate with senior business leaders
- Proven experience leading high-volume recruiting teams across both internal and agency settings, with a demonstrated ability to foster urgency and adaptability in alignment with the fast-paced, highly collaborative environment at Hims & Hers.
- Demonstrated ability to manage a broad spectrum of positions across various functions, from technical and licensed pharmacy roles to high-volume operational roles in fulfillment centers
- Proven track record of scaling recruitment efforts in environments that require filling a large number of positions in a short time frame
- Ability to identify inefficiencies in the recruitment process and implement strategies to improve speed and quality, especially during high-demand hiring periods
- Clear and concise communication style with the ability to influence and enact change
- Analytical mindset and systems thinker
- Self-starter, builder, and someone who isn’t afraid to get their hands dirty

Outlined below is a reasonable estimate of H&H’s compensation range for this role for US-based candidates. If you're based outside of the US, your recruiter will be able to provide you with an estimated salary range for your location.
The actual amount will take into account a range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and location. H&H also offers a comprehensive Total Rewards package that may include an equity grant.

$205,000 - $230,000 USD
