About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Business Partner (HRBP) to provide strategic human resources support and guidance to our analytics, product management, and engineering teams. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of HR practices within the technology sector and demonstrate the ability to align HR initiatives with business objectives to drive organizational success.
You Will:
- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals and promote a high-performance culture.
- Oversee development and retention strategies for the analytics, product management, and engineering departments, ensuring the attraction and retention of top-tier talent.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and management, addressing employee relations issues, conducting thorough investigations, and resolving conflicts to maintain a positive work environment.
- Lead performance evaluation processes, including goal setting, feedback, and development planning, to enhance employee performance and career growth.
- Partner with leadership to design and implement organizational structures and processes that enhance efficiency and support scalability.
- Guide teams through organizational changes, ensuring effective communication and minimizing disruption to business operations.
You Have:
- Bachelors Degree in HR or other business-related field
- 10+ years of HR work experience in Product or Engineering
- 2+ years of experience with employee relations
- Must have experience working with a workforce of between 400-800 employees
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship management strengths when working with different levels of management Deep understanding of local labor laws or experience working with in-house counsel
- Experience with the following Lattice, Paylocity & HR Acuity is a plus
- Master’s degree is preferred

Outlined below is a reasonable estimate of H&H’s compensation range for this role for US-based candidates. If you're based outside of the US, your recruiter will be able to provide you with an estimated salary range for your location.
The actual amount will take into account a range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and location. H&H also offers a comprehensive Total Rewards package that may include an equity grant.

An estimate of the current salary range is
$130,000 - $150,000 USD
