About the Role:

We’re looking for a strategic, data-driven leader to manage our GTM Strategy Analytics team. This team plays a critical role in supporting our revenue-generating business through data insights, performance reporting, and strategic analysis. As the Manager, you’ll oversee a team of analysts responsible for tracking key performance indicators, explaining trends, generating hypotheses, and identifying opportunities to accelerate growth.

You’ll collaborate with sales, marketing, product, and other cross-functional stakeholders to ensure the team provides actionable insights that are aligned with our business goals. You will also help shape the roadmap for monitoring and measuring success across our go-to-market efforts.

About You:

You are an experienced team leader who is passionate about mentoring and developing talent. You thrive on turning data into strategy and are confident in addressing data-related inquiries to support informed business decisions. You're hands-on and ready to roll up your sleeves to dive into analytics work when needed. You excel at creating structure and focus in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Comfortable with ambiguity, you proactively drive clarity and action. You also collaborate effectively with senior leadership and cross-functional partners to help shape the direction of the business.

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of analysts focused on GTM strategy and operation
  • Oversee the development and maintenance of dashboards and reporting to track business performance and support executive visibility
  • Guide the team to analyze trends, uncover root causes, and develop hypotheses for performance changes
  • Drive strategic analysis and deliver insights to support Sales, Marketing, and Product decision-making
  • Partner with Data, Engineering, and Product teams to enhance data infrastructure and improve data accessibility
  • Present findings and strategic recommendations to executive leadership
  • Promote a culture of data-driven decision-making across the organization

Must Haves

  • 3–5 years of experience managing a team in business analytics, GTM strategy, sales operations, revenue operation or a related function
  • Proven success in leading teams that analyze and report on business performance in a revenue-generating environment
  • Strong analytical and technical skills with expertise in tools like SQL, Tableau, Excel, and marketing platforms
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate complex insights into clear business narratives
  • A proactive mindset, strong business acumen, and a desire to make an impact
