Part Time Barista (Corporate)

Ponder is coffee service inside of a business office looking for a friendly, reliable Part-Time Barista to join our team in a relaxed and welcoming office cafe environment. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys coffee, hospitality, and creating a warm experience for guests in a professional setting.
 
Schedule:
Part Time position
Approximately 4 to 5 days per week
Shifts are about 4 to 6 hours typically Monday-Thursday 9:30AM-2:00PM
Paid hourly
 
Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and refreshers
  • Take and fulfill drink orders for employees and office guests
  • Maintain a clean and organized coffee bar setup
  • Restock milk, syrups, and ingredients throughout each shift
  • Assist with light prep work (e.g., chai batches, house syrups)
  • Track daily usage for restocking and basic inventory purposes
  • Monitor ingredient levels throughout the day
  • Handle daily closing and cleanup duties
  • Create a warm, welcoming atmosphere for everyone who stops by

Barista experience is a plus and training will be provided
