About the Role:

You'll be responsible for bringing in net-new enterprise logos, selling HiveWatch's AI-powered Enterprise SaaS Solution into the physical security team at companies with 10,000+ employees. Your buyers are GSOC directors, physical security leaders, risk management executives, and operations leaders; any decision-makers who are responsible for protecting people, assets, and brands at scale. 

Deal Profile:

  • Average Deal Size: 6 figure deals, but 7 figure contracts not uncommon 
  • Sales Cycle: 3-6 months (complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales)
  • Annual Quota: $1.68M
  • Deal Structure: Typically involves pilots, technical evaluations, and executive sign-off across security, IT, and procurement

What Success Looks Like: 

You'll be joining a high-performing team, of 3 Enterprise Account Executives, supported by 2 BDRs and 1 CSM. The current team has met or exceeded goal for the last 5 fiscal quarters, and we're scaling rapidly to meet increasing demand.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of enterprise software sales experience
  • 6+ years experience in direct software sales role
  • Proven track record navigating complex, multi-stakeholder deals at companies with 10,000+ employees
  • Experience with 7-figure deals a plus
  • Experience selling SaaS products, cybersecurity, or other complex B2B services
  • Comfortable running full end to end sales cycles

You can articulate how AI-powered technology will make their lives dramatically easier, even when they're comfortable with legacy systems.
  • Relentless & Resourceful No task is too big or too small when it comes to closing deals and delighting customers. You'll go the extra mile, whether that's jumping on a last-minute demo, partnering with engineering to solve a technical objection, or building custom materials to win a complex enterprise deal.

Additional info:

  • Salary Range: $120,000–$160,000 base (anticipated total earnings $240,000–$320,000)*
     
    *Final offer will be at the company's sole discretion and determined by multiple factors, including years and depth of relevant experience and expertise, location, and other business considerations.
