About the Position

The Website Marketing Manager is an individual contributor position responsible for Hiya’s digital footprint. We are looking for a performance and analytics-driven individual to help us scale user experience, generate leads, and optimize website conversion for our digital properties. 

As a function of the Marketing division, you will partner with internal teams to create a best-in-class marketing website. 

In this role you will:

  • Support key digital initiatives:
    • Modernize the existing website to support a new PLG product for SMEnterprise
    • Launch and optimize new developer platform product for Enterprise Voice Security developers
    • International and Localization for all existing target markets and expansion in 40 countries
  • Manage the main front-facing website (hiya.com) and other digital properties (such as hubspot created subdomains) at Hiya
    • This includes all Hiya’s international subdomains, such as our German website
  • Build, test and optimize landing pages and microsites that support paid, organic and direct traffic programs tied to demand objectives
  • Responsible for the roadmap for the website (Navigation, New Pages, Updating Existing Pages) and integration of new services to support the key digital initiatives above
  • Operational Excellence for measurement and reporting:
    • Develop hypotheses and testing roadmaps to increase the performance of top pages
    • Deliver on website KPIs, including traffic, engagement, etc.
    • Ensure the website is optimally designed for both mobile and desktop experiences

You don't have to check all the boxes, but we think these are important requirements for this role:

  • Creativity and resourcefulness with a proven ability to provide consultative and diplomatic leadership to cross-functional and virtual teams and agencies
  • Experience with the Hiya Martech Stack - Webflow, HotJar, Google Analytics, Hubspot, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, etc
  • Experience with localization tools such as WeGlot, WebFlow, Welocalise, Smartling, etc
  • Experience with product-led growth tools such as Chargebee, Amplitude,  Stripe, etc.
  • Experience with video management tools such as Wistia 
  • Demonstrated experience with web design and UX
  • Proficiency with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and backend revisions/improvements
  • Working knowledge of web analytics tools (eg Google Analytics)
  • In-depth understanding and applications of SEO (Search Engine Optimization) / SEM (Search Engine Marketing)
  • Designing websites for both Mobile and Desktop users

More Details

The base salary for this role is between $65,000-$142,000. When determining compensation, a number of factors will be considered: skills, experience, job scope, location, and competitive compensation market data.
