Overview
As a Graphic + Production Designer, VM/Creative, you bring our brand to life in stores and digital spaces. You’ll take creative concepts and turn them into pixel-perfect, print-ready assets that make every gondola, fixture, and window pop—across regions and languages. This role is all about precision, speed, and collaboration. You’ll work closely with the Sr. Art Director and VM team to ensure every asset looks amazing, follows brand guidelines, and hits deadlines—while helping maintain smooth, scalable processes across projects
What You’ll Do
- Translate creative direction into print-ready files for global in-store projects— gondolas, fixtures, activations, and window displays.
- Build and manage mechanical files across multiple regions and languages using Adobe InDesign.
- Ensure brand consistency across typography, imagery, and layout systems.
- Partner with the Sr. Art Director, VM Project Manager, and creative team to deliver polished, on-time work.
- Manage multiple projects and revisions, keeping workflows organized and efficient. Review digital and printed proofs, catching errors and making adjustments quickly.
- Prepare and release final files to vendors according to production standards.
- Create high-quality digital assets for emails, paid media, and web campaigns.
What We Are Looking For
- BA in Graphic Design or equivalent experience.
- 3–5 years of experience in graphic or production design (beauty, retail, or in-house creative teams preferred).
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
- Strong knowledge of print production, mechanical file setup, and prepress.
- Experience working with templates, versioning, and multi-region adaptations.
- Familiarity with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines.
- Skilled at building clean, organized InDesign files and performing basic retouching.
