Overview 

Haus Labs is seeking a Sr Inventory Planner to own end-to-end inventory management — from tracking fulfillment and sales to forecasting demand and analyzing inventory flow. In this role, you will align on product-level sales forecasts and communicate performance insights that drive optimal productivity. This is a highly collaborative position that partners closely with internal Supply Chain and Operations teams while working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Digital teams.

 

What You’ll Do 

• Monitor inventory levels and proactively surface early warning flags for inventory or sales risks, maximizing in-stock rates while optimizing sell-through and inventory turn
• Identify and develop action plans to address slow-moving inventory, partnering with key stakeholders to drive resolution
• Run and validate channel-provided forecasts against internal sales targets, flagging risks and opportunities and communicating clear action plans to cross-functional groups
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners on launch forecast opportunities and propose opening buy plans that align with business goals
• Manage fulfillment tools and ensure service rate standards are met; report on gross sales vs. targets and identify potential gaps in future demand
• Drive decisions through rigorous hindsight and historical analysis, translating data into actionable recommendations
• Support additional projects and ad hoc analyses as needed

 

What We Are Looking For 

• 4-6 years of experience as a Planner, Analyst, or Forecaster, preferably in a cosmetics or beauty environment
• Demonstrate analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to turn complex data into clear insights
• A proactive self-starter who takes initiative, anticipates risks, and drives solutions without waiting to be asked
• Strong collaborator who builds relationships across functions and thrives in a team environment
• Knowledge of the beauty industry

 

What We Expect 

• Experience with ERP systems; NetSuite experience strongly preferred
• Advanced Excel skills required; proficiency in standard MS Office applications
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings and influence decisions at multiple levels
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously with strong organizational and time management skills
