Overview 

The Senior Graphic Designer is a high-impact creative contributor responsible for executing and elevating the Haus Labs visual identity across all consumer touch points. Reporting to the Creative Director, this role combines strong hands-on design craft with a refined creative sensibility and the ability to strengthen and elevate campaign thinking across digital, social, and retail channels. 

This role is ideal for a designer who thrives at the intersection of execution and concept—someone who brings polish, taste, and clarity to fast-moving creative work while helping ensure every expression of the brand feels elevated, cohesive, and culturally relevant. 

 

What You’ll Do 

Campaign Design & Execution 

  • Design and develop key visual assets for integrated campaigns across digital, social, email, and e-commerce 
  • Translate creative direction into elevated, production-ready design systems 
  • Ensure consistency and excellence across all campaign deliverables 

Digital & Performance Creative 

  • Create high-performing assets for paid media, social, and DTC channels 
  • Adapt creative across formats while maintaining strong brand expression and visual clarity
  • Support ongoing iteration and optimization of campaign assets 

Retail & 360° Brand Expression 

  • Adapt campaign creative into retail environments, including Sephora fixtures, in-store graphics, and event moments 
  • Ensure seamless translation of digital campaigns into physical brand experiences

Cross-Functional Collaboration 

  •  Partner closely with Marketing, E-commerce, and Production teams to ensure alignment and timely execution 
  • Collaborate in creative reviews to refine and elevate campaign output 

Brand Stewardship & System Thinking 

  • Maintain and evolve the Haus Labs visual identity across all design work 
  • Apply strong expertise in typography, composition, color, and layout across mediums
  • Contribute to the refinement and scalability of the brand system as the creative output expands 

Creative Elevation 

  • Help evolve the Haus Labs visual identity through elevated, high-impact campaign design and a strong eye for modern, culturally relevant aesthetics 
  • Bring a refined creative perspective that consistently raises the overall quality and clarity of the work

 

What We Are Looking For 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 5–7+ years of experience in graphic design, production design, or integrated brand creative, preferably within beauty, fashion, retail, or high-growth in-house creative environments.
  • Advanced knowledge of print production, mechanical file setup, prepress workflows, and vendor-ready file preparation across a range of formats and finishes.
  • Proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office, with strong file organization and cross-functional workflow management habits.
  • Comfortable leading multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Able to work both independently and collaboratively, bringing thoughtful creative problem-solving and a high level of accountability from concept through final delivery.
