 Overview 

The Staff Accountant, Accounts Payable is a key member of the finance team, providing transactional support to the accounting department. This position involves high-volume processing of expense reports and invoices. We’re seeking a self-directed, customer-focused individual responsible for end-to-end accounts payable process. 

 What You’ll Do 

• Vendor onboarding 
• Process inbound invoices and related correspondence across multiple vendors 
• 3-Way and 2-way Match invoices to purchase orders and confirm proper coding and approvals 
• Enter and track invoices in our ERP system (NetSuite & Corpay) 
• Perform weekly bank reconciliations to ensure accurate aging reports
• Process employee expense reimbursements using Expensify 
• Review credit card transactions for receipts and accuracy 
• Respond to vendor inquiries and ensure timely issue resolution 
• Reconcile vendor statements, research, and correct discrepancies 
• Payment coordination on a weekly basis 
• Handle 1099 reporting 
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve A/P processes and reporting 
• Support monthly close with accurate and organized documentation 

What We Are Looking For 

• Proficiency with Excel (intermediate level or higher) 
• BA/BS in accounting or finance with minimum 2-3 years of accounting experience
• Experience using major ERP systems; NetSuite strongly preferred 
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills 
• Clear and effective written and verbal communication 
• Willingness to embrace technology and lean into process improvement 
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
